Use and care
- Avoid touching the glossy interior. Scratches and marks can be transferred to the finished casting.
- Gently remove any loose particles with tape.
- Allow the casting material to cure completely before demolding. Uncured resin can damage the mold.
- Be very careful with flame or a heat gun when removing bubbles, as this can weaken the mold. Use CCR epoxy to avoid the need for flames and heat guns.
- Mold release is not required, but the manufacturer recommends it to extend the life of the mold.
- Please note that mold release can make the glossy surface more matte.
